 Kelly's Farm Honey is Raw Honey. Our bees have apple trees, organic clover fields, many wild flowers and some years we have buckwheat honey.

Raw Honey is nectar from flowers that is pure. Pure raw honey can not be heated, pasteurized, or processed. This raw honey preserves all natural enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients you see from essential oils and other nutritional compounds. 

Raw Honey can be heavy creamed or liquid. It may crystallize or solidify over time. The color will vary depending on the type of flower nectar the bees gathered. Raw honey contains antioxidants and two very beneficial components bee pollen and propolis.

Do not provide raw honey to any child under 12 months old.
